Our four House Teams at Inshes are called, Wyvis, Ord, Phàdraig and Dunain. Each House Team has a colour that is part of our TEAM identities. Our House and Vice Captains wear badges with their colour so they are easy to spot!

Wyvis is RED

Ord is BLUE

Phàdraig is YELLOW

Dunain is GREEN

Each House Team has a House Captain and Vice Captain. We will let them take over this space and tell you more about House Teams and what they do as captains. Over to you…

• Christmas services

• Parents Meetings

• Leading Rights Respecting meetings

Hi, my name is Holly and I am vice captain of Dunain (the green one!) I like running and swimming. I am planning to do some lunch time clubs, like team games.

Hi my name is Faith, I am 11 years old and I am the house captain of Phadraig. Our house captains, vice captains and rights-respecting ambassadors say that there are many things that we could do to improve the school to make it a better and more fun place! We discussed what each class would like our school to have or to look like in 2027 (when the school turns 20!) There were many popular ideas throughout all of the classes but here were just a few!

• More plants in our outdoor planters

• Lunchtime clubs 

• Scheduled cooking classes

• More school trips

The house and vice captains also took part in helping with parents evening, photo day and Christmas concerts. I hope to see Phadraig win the cup and fly up in house points this year. Keep working hard Phadraig, we got this!

Hi my name is Cameron and I’m eleven years old and I am the Dunain house captain. Throughout the year so far a have been a part of helping Christmas concerts, photo day and meetings with our rights respecting ambassadors. In those meetings we have so far discussed what we would like to happen at the school by 2027. But this year I would like to strive for Dunain to do well with house points and sports day. I would also like to work alongside the sports leaders to get any sports lunchtime clubs, for example football and athletics.

Hi, my name is Kiera and I’m house captain of Ord. I enjoy baking and cooking and would love to help out with anything along those lines. I am looking forward to speaking in assembly and sharing your views as either a parent or a student. Also if there are any clubs you would like to set up I would be happy to help make it happen. If you have any questions about upcoming events I’m happy to answer them. 

Hey my name is Catie and I’m Wyvis house captain. I want to make sure Wyvis is the best and to accomplish that we need to be kind and helpful so that we can earn extra house points for our team.

Hi, my name is Jessie and I’m the vice captain of Ord [the blue one] and I’m interested in running and sports and I want to help this school by making lunchtime clubs. If you have any ideas please come to me and let me know exactly what you want and I’ll try to make it happen. Hi my name is Aedan and I am Vice Captain for Phadraig house and I am excited to be helping with making the planters inside the school greener and healthier and setting up clubs such as athletics and team games. Adios amigos.
