Developing STEM skills
Today in Nursery we had an excellent time developing logical thinking, creativity, concentration, patience and perseverance as we counted, measured, compared and built with kapla. Marvellous mathematicians and engineers in the making!
Numbers and counting
Today a small group of children were working with Mrs MacFarlane to practice identifying number digits, counting using 1:1 correspondence and ordering numbers. What a brilliant bunch!
Developing Early Literacy Skills in Nursery
The children were very engaged in developing mark making skills and awareness of print outdoors this week. Lots of the children were able to find some of the letters in their names and some were even making words! Wow what super work everyone 😁
