Thank you to everyone who took part in and donated to our fundraiser today. We raised £140.94. We had a fun time and hope everyone enjoyed it.

The disco was really fun and we enjoyed the Easter activities and watching “Goodnight Mr Tom”. Have a lovely, well-earned holiday everyone 😊🌸🐰

P7s had so much fun making Blitz Art and their own air raid shelters.

This week, we were making soup using rationed food. We used two potatoes, an onion, a carrot, a leeķ and a vegetable stock cube. This week we have been learning more about World War 11. Medals, a copy of a  newspaper,  a passport and ration books have been brought in. Rationing started in January 1940. On Tuesday, we went to Millburn to visit technology and languages. We made pencil holders. The drilling was the hardest part, because you had to be careful you didn’t drill too fast. It was good fun learning new skills. Learning some Gaelic was interesting. Mrs Campbell taught us head, shoulders, knees and toes in Gaelic.Continue reading “Millburn Visit”
