💙 The children have begun practicing for their sports day this week. They all did fantastically and listened and followed the instructions well 😊
💙 Some of the children explored making their own zip line to move their teddy’s back and forth during their outdoor play.
💙 We had lots of physical play and development going on while we were outside, jumping from the wooden platform.
💙 Playdoh is always a favourite with the children. This week, we have been making muffins and developing our understanding of ‘another one’ and ‘more’. We made “big ones” and small muffins, using our fine motor skills to roll and squash the playdoh into balls 🧁
💙 Some of the children have been exploring emotions. Today, some of the children shared stories called ‘the colour monster’ and ‘the colour monster goes to school’. After, they created their own colour monster drawings, and some were able to label the emotions to the colour and could share what made them feel each emotion 😀🥰☹️😠
