It’s been a short but productive week in nursery.
The children in the Sunshine room have been focusing on ‘themselves and their families’. Some key skills they have been developing this week are:
🌞 estimation while finding out how tall we are against each other.
🌞 we have been exploring different emotions and are learning how to identify them.
The children in the Rainbow room have been showing lots of interest in the different services such as bus transport and fire fighters. Some key skills they have been developing are:
🌈 pedalling bikes and steering while playing emergency services.
🌈 imagination skills while recreating a bus in play.
🌈 following instructions when playing a ‘stop…ready steady go’ game.
