Apologies – I posted on last year’s P1/2 page accidentally. Here is last week’s highlights. ☺️Hello! We had a fun week this week with added spooky sprinkles. Our highlights were:
⁃ Mrs Snedden came to read the infants Room on the Broom 🧹
⁃ We had Halloween 🎃 themed activities.
⁃ We all went to the Friday assembly and showed off our awesome dance moves! See video! ☺️🕺💃
⁃ We made a “HaHaHa- Happy Halloween’ video for you.
⁃ We made Halloween crafts to display and take home. 🧙🏼♀️
⁃ In writing, we drew and wrote about our Halloween costumes.
⁃ The P2s learned a new digraph ‘wh’ and made whales 🐳 using straws to blow the paint!
⁃ The P1’s learned the c, k, and h phonics this week.
– The P2s were learning to match capital letters to lowercase letters.
⁃ In gym we partnered up to throw and catch and develop or batting skills.
⁃ Arthur and Angus were given Star of the Week awards at assembly. ⭐️⭐️
