We had a special visitor on Friday. Ali, Mark and Diane from A & I butchers came in to share with P5-7 how haggis is made.
This linked in with our learning on Europe as many pupils asked at the start of term how was haggis made, so no better person to ask than a butcher!
They saw all the ingredients, had the chance to ask question and even got to taste haggis or a haggis pie!
