◦ We learned about The Highland Tiger! It’s what people call The Highland Wildcat. We are learning about what makes them different to domestic cats. 🐈
◦ We drew super detailed drawings of The Titanic and wrote sentences about it.
◦ We are learning about bundling items into tens. We also got to explore the tens and ones materials (Diennes materials). We had lots of fun working together with this!
◦ We played Crossing the River in PE.
◦ We’ve spent every morning with our learning partners revising single sounds and digraphs. Reading words and writing!
◦ We were introduced to/revised the tricky tricky ‘ie’ digraph and did some fun learning around it.
◦ We were counting in tens using our brains and exercising our bodies!

**We are excited about our trip to the Inshes Retail Park and McDonalds tomorrow! Please dress and pack your bag appropriately! Remember you will be carrying your bag – keep it as light as possible! Packed lunches inside bags would be ideal. If you have not brought in your pound for the ice cream, please can you bring it in tomorrow? Thank you so much to our 3 parent volunteers.
