A fantastically full week!

**Tomorrow’s Inshes Park Trip Reminder at the bottom of this post.

We started the week off with a trip to Tesco, Dobbies and McDonalds! We got to see these ‘everyday’ places from different perspectives. We met the staff and got to satisfy our curiosity by listening to them tell us about their jobs and ask lots of questions! We got a tour of both Tesco and Dobbies with a fragrant stop from behind the scenes at the bakery!

We had our break and lunches at Dobbies cafe and we got to plant Sweet Peas 🫛 and Sunflowers🌻. We stopped on the way back to school at McDonalds for an ice cream! Yum!

I’d like to thank all the staff that made our day interesting and fun 🤩 with special thanks to Ben from Tescos (a former Inshes pupil) and to Max from Dobbies for being our guides. We also give HUGE thanks to our parent helpers Phil and Laura and to our volunteer Alesha! Thanks so much! We hope you got a well deserved rest after the trip! 😴

I think you’ll be able to see from the photos how much of a fun time they had! 😍

We had a busy week back at school were we wrote a recount of our trip, learned about tens numbers by bundling items and spent time outside writing tricky words, free drawing and collecting natural items for our Easter 🐣 themed art. We had our class photo on Monday and it was lovely to see you at our parents evening appointments. What a busy week!

Well done everyone! 🤩

**We will be heading to the park tomorrow at 9:30am. If our parent helpers could come slightly earlier at 9:15 to hear the plan. Please dress for the outdoors and remember to bring your snack and a drink. Fingers crossed for fair weather! 🌤️🤞
