What a super busy week full of new experiences! The children really took it all in their stride and we couldn’t be prouder 🥰
Baking
We made giant top hats today! We melted and mixed the chocolate and dipped the giant marshmallows in, then added some smarties and sprinkles! Marika loved the marshmallows!! They were sooooo tempting that most of us ate them before the even set 😅😋
P2 & P2/3 Trip to The Botanical Gardens and Whin Park
We had such a wonderful day out! The children loved exploring the botanical gardens and everyone had so much fun at the new Whin park! There is a lot of great accessible equipment there!
Gym
We continued to develop our climbing, balancing, bouncing, jumping and landing. We also had a go at skipping and added a bit of basketball too. 🏀

Sports day practice
We are very proud that everyone managed to join in for a run through practice for sports day. It was a huge success and we’re all very excited for the real thing on Thurs 22nd May at 9.30!
P2 – Assembly
Well done to P2 who showcased their learning at an assembly for parents. We particularly enjoyed the songs! 🎶
Music
We’ve been learning to stop 🛑 and go 🟢 when playing musical instruments 🥁 Maddison made up a song for us to sing while we play!
