Samira and Hamish were working hard in maths today matching the amount of sprinkles to the number on the cone. We also ordered and counted all the way up to 30.

Exploring the outdoors
On Friday we went outside to see what all we could find hidden in our school. We looked for different animals, leaf’s, berries and other bits in nature.
Problem solving
To celebrate maths week Scotland in teams the pupils worked on problem solving supporting each other in some tricky maths.

We have been very busy this week with football trophy’s won over the weekend, feis Ros visits (sharing the love of music with us and how simple it can be to make an instrument). P5/6 have had a very busy week with lots of descriptive writing a highlight making character descriptions to place value in maths.
