This week we have explored how the vikings travelled around. The children were fascinated to learn the longships measured around 30 metres which we discovered was longer than our school foyer!! We explored living condition on the longship and we all decided it would have been a difficult voyage for them.
In writing this week we all drew beautiful pictures of Vikings and then described them, the children all produced super pieces of writing which we are all very proud of.
The Primary 4 children all enjoyed going swimming this week and we also had a little surprise for the Primary 3 children with the return of Mr Thomson for Kodaly which was lovely to hear such super singing.
