We would like to say a HUGE thank you to all the parents who came to join our learning in class this week. We have been learning all about Natural Disasters in particular earthquakes and how engineers and builders help to make buildings more safe in areas affected by earthquakes.
The children enjoyed sharing their learning with you and were glad of your help in building some fantastic earthquake proof buildings. We had fun testing out our model buildings on our makeshift layers of the earth model which helped the children to see how the tectonic plates might move during an earthquake.
