This week we learned about minibeasts and their place in the world. We started with a food web game to understand everything relies on minibeasts and if one thing is affected in the food web, that this impacts the balance of everything! We went on a minibeast hunt and were in awe of the selection of creatures we discovered. Dried crickets were provided for the children to try and I was impressed that most of P6 did give them a go – apparently they taste like crisps!
