What a fabulous way to end CMHW this week. At our celebration assembly classes shared what they had been learning about emotions and ways to manage difficult emotions. Our whole school scavenger hunt gave everyone the chance to identify emotions they or someone would feel in different situations, and strategies to help.
We were an ocean of different emotion colours today, learning that it’s OK to have these emotions, we all have them, and we are learning how to manage them. Special thanks to our P7s for being fab leaders through the school helping their younger peers ☺️
