Week beginning 29.04.24

With all the lovely sunshine we’ve been having it’s been great to get outside and start tending to our raised beds. We are hoping to plant some potatoes soon! We also did some sketches of the beds and will tie in our maths work on measurement and shapes. We’ve also been researching the things weContinue reading “Week beginning 29.04.24”

Week beginning 27th March

I can’t believe the final week of Term 3 is upon us so we’ve done a bit of a round up of things that have been happening! The year seems to be flying by. This will help us reinforce some useful maths skills that we will need to be fluent in for some work that we will be starting soon. It’s alsoContinue reading “Week beginning 26th February”

Well done Primary 3/4LM

We had our class assembly on Friday. Thank you to all of the adults who came along. It was so lovely to see everyone. All of the children did such a wonderful job of speaking in front of so many people. The majority of us decided we were in the yellow zone before and during!Continue reading “Well done Primary 3/4LM”

What matters to you?

The theme for Children’s Mental Health week is ‘My voice matters!’ Today we created swirls of what matters to us. We started with things that matter to us day to day and then made our way to things that matter to us in the wider world. Amazing work, P3/4LM!

Children‘s Mental Health Week

As part of Children’s Mental Health week we had a go at some meditation and yoga today! We had a great discussion about the importance of having time to relax and do things we enjoy. Then during our Zones of Regulation lesson, we were able to talk about ‘blue zone’ feelings such as calm, comfortableContinue reading “Children‘s Mental Health Week”
