We have had a great few weeks in Primary 6/7! we have been practising our Christmas songs, which was very enjoyable. We performed our songs to senior citizens on Monday 9th December and we performed at Inshes Church today (Friday 13th December). Both performances were fantastic! Thank you to all who attended. The primary sevens have started their social studies topic, Japan, with the other primary seven class. They have been learning about the differences between Japan and Scotland, as well as the weather in Japan. We have continued to work on our numeracy, focusing on addition and subtraction strategies. The class have been great at challenging themselves and challenging each other. Next week (week beginning 23rd of September) is maths week! So,we will have lots of exciting maths challenges and activities, including a challenge against other schools around Scotland on TT rockstars (an online maths game). Continue reading “P6/7 News”
